Channel Sales Manager

About the Role:

Develops and nurtures the relationship with the partner or with a targeted set of resellers, distributors, Systems Integrators (SIs) and/or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and their ecosystem partners to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts. Supports in coordinating activities with the partner, including training, marketing, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements with the end of goal increasing sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets through channel.



  • Serves as the expert to the partner for complex information regarding Infraon Products and custome solutions

  • Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growth

  • Achieves assigned quota for the territory

  • Transactional and relationship selling within a team of selling professionals; on field visits partner customers at their offices

  • Creates, fills-in and manages funnel for deals with partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities

  • Establishes relationship with partner at all organization levels including senior executives

  • Ensures partners are compliant to EverestIMS partners programs and other necessary regulations

  • Additionally, support the distributor who are managing small partners on behalf of EverestIMS

  • May recruit and develop business relationship with new partners

  • Good understanding of and passion for software/solution sales required

  • Experience in results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required

  • Demonstrate ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven

  • Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

  • Demonstrate active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred with 2-5 years of relevant work experience


  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Channel / Sales
